Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Final Sale: Clearance, sale, custom, and built-to-order products.
- Third-Party Purchases: Items not purchased directly from Hotel Lamps or by the original customer.
- International Orders: Any orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States.
- Altered or Used Items: Any product that has been installed, modified, or used in any manner (including cut, clipped, or stripped wires, or unstrung/loose crystals).
- Damaged Packaging: Items not in their original packaging or missing original packing materials.
How to Initiate a Return (RMA Process)
- Request an RMA: You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at 800-574-4561 or email sales@hotel-lamps.com.
- Receive Instructions: Our team will provide your RMA number along with specific shipping instructions.
- Ship the Item: Returns shipped without an authorized RMA number will be rejected and returned to the sender at their expense.
Shipping your order back to us (Returns)
- If the item is not defective, a 25% surcharge fee will apply for restocking.
- Once the product is received at our warehouse in good condition and carefully reviewed, we will issue a refund for the amount of the product and tax to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
- All shipping charges on purchases and returns are non-refundable. All merchandise must be in the original packaging.
Warranty Policy
Hotel Lamps warrants that its products are free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.
This warranty extends solely to the original commercial purchaser.
During this warranty period, Hotel Lamps will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any product proven to be defective.
The buyer shall be responsible for all labor and logistical costs incurred in the removal, reinstallation, and shipping of the product or components for repair or replacement.
This warranty does not cover, and is safely voided by, damage resulting from: improper installation, maintenance, or operation; abuse, misuse, or improper handling; negligence; unauthorized repairs; or damage occurring during transit.
Hotel Lamps assumes no liability for consequential, incidental, or special damages.
THIS WARRANTY IS PROVIDED IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
HOTEL LAMPS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
