Please note the following terms apply when returning any products.
Sorry, we cannot accept returns on the following:
. Clearance and Sale items
. Custom and built to order items
. Items not purchased from Hotel Lamps
. Items not purchased by the original customer
. Orders shipped outside of the 48 contiguous United States
. Items not in resalable condition or items not in original packaging
. Any item that has been modified, installed or used in any way (including cut, clipped or stripped wires or loose crystals)
To ensure that your return is processed accurately and promptly, please call us at 800-574-4561 or email us at sales@hotel-lamps.com to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions on how to ship back to us. Returns made without an RMA will not be accepted.
